About

Hello there. Wham-Bam is a new collective of contemporary artists working in Edinburgh. Currently comprising of gibbon casting, fairytale terrorising sculptor Gary McGuiness and, wood carving, neon obcessed illustrator Vangeli Moschopoulos. We believe in challenging process based art. Just as the Stuckists so vehemently pointed out: concept art without the art is not art. It is a self fulfilling, exercise in the pretentious lack of ability. We like bold colour, dark humour and postmodern hyper-flat chaos. Unlike many collectives, we are completely open to new members, collaborative projects and submissions, so please if you like our work and want to get involved get in touch!
